Common questions
How do I log in?
Log in with your PIN in the BiSChat app.
The code doesn’t arrive.
Wait a moment, then tap Resend in the app. Check that the number on your account is still active. If it still fails, send a complaint in the Account and login category.
What is a PIN?
Your PIN is your unique name on BiSChat. Your phone number is never shown to other users.
