Common questions
How do I log in on the web?
Type your PIN, choose WhatsApp or SMS, then enter the 6-digit code we send to the number linked to that PIN.
The code doesn’t arrive.
Wait a moment, then tap Resend. Check that the number on your account is still active. If it still fails, send a complaint in the Account and login category.
What is a PIN and how do I buy one?
Your PIN is your unique name on BiSChat. Search for one on the Find a PIN page, then pay with Stripe. The PIN is added to your account once the payment is confirmed.
What is Biscoin?
Biscoin is BiSChat’s in-app coin for buying Live class tickets and supporting creators. Biscoin is only available in the app, not on the website.
What about refunds?
The full rules are on the Refund Policy page. Web purchases are processed by Stripe.
How do I delete my account?
Follow the steps on the Delete Account page.
